SERVICES
Therapy should be easy to access, personal, and human. Everyone brings their own story and culture to the creative process. We aim for people to feel at ease, supported, connected and understood in their own healing.
ART THERAPY
What does an art therapy session with Kaleido look like?

Initial Session Overview:
Welcome! In our first session, we’ll introduce you to the space and your therapist. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you feel at ease. If you’re feeling uncertain, we’re here to guide you gently through the process. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore art therapy materials at your own pace, in a relaxed and informal setting. Remember, there’s no pressure to continue if it doesn’t feel right for you.

ART THERAPY NATURE WALKS
For those who want to get outside or find it easier not to sit in a room and be moving.

Engaging in art therapy nature walks combines creative expression with the healing power of ecotherapy.
These walks provide a unique opportunity to connect with nature, find inspiration in the environment, and explore personal emotions through art. Whether we are sneaking in some mindfulness, noticing the changing seasons, or playing with the dropped leaves. Whether or not we are simply enjoying the tranquillity of our surroundings, these sessions can be incredibly restorative. They're perfect for those who seek a therapeutic experience beyond the traditional confines of a therapy room, offering both physical movement and a deeper connection to the world around them.
Based in Castlemaine/ Jaara Country.
