About the event

The Kaleido SoundSpa workshops combine art therapy with musical collaboration. These sessions create a therapeutic environment for participants to deepen their connection to the workshop's theme through the art process, set against the backdrop of a soothing sound bath. Led by a licensed art psychotherapist and local musicians, the experience aims to rejuvenate and enhance the participants' well-being.

Workshop Goals and Additional Information:

The Workshop Overview: The workshop aims to leave you with feelings of regulation, energy, and peace. In a 90-minute session, we strive to enhance self-awareness and rejuvenate your energy through activities like guided meditation, art therapy, and a soundbath. This workshop is inclusive for all, irrespective of prior art experience, providing a safe and supportive environment for creative expression.
